Through my work, I navigate boundaries, amalgamate, combine, and mix to create a completely transdisciplinary cohesion

Yuskadd is a transdisciplinary artist who lives and works between Salt Lake City, Utah, and Mexico City. From a young age, her introspective nature and fascination with the biographies of artists like René Magritte, and later Barbara Kruger and Yayoi Kusama, allowed her to understand the connection between the complexity of life and art. Her work, influenced by her experiences as a mother, woman, and artist, follows an alternative path where she combines elements to create unlikely connections. It is in these invisible convergences that she explores the inconceivable, unraveling its authenticity. She conceptualizes from a feminine perspective to depict resilience and survival, approaching her work with a frenetic energy as she analyzes boundaries and limits, using multiple techniques to question reality and imagination.

In 2023, she founded Mixi Art Studio, a space dedicated to exploring various artistic disciplines, while also collaborating with tattoo artists through a curatorial vision.
